Hola, I’m Catherine, aka Coach Cat — a life coach, yoga teacher, and creative healer dedicated to helping others integrate all parts of themselves.
Yoga has been more than just movement for me; it’s been a sacred process of learning to love the pieces of myself I once resisted, and embracing wholeness through breath, presence, and mindful flow. What began as a personal practice to find grounding soon became a way to bridge my background in neuroscience, shadow work, and creativity with embodied healing.
Through my classes, I hold space for students to explore at their own pace — offering gentle guidance, alignment cues, and invitations to listen to the wisdom of their bodies. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to deepen your practice, my intention is to create a safe, empowering, and welcoming environment where you can feel supported to reconnect with yourself.
My philosophy is simple: healing happens when we bring all of who we are — mind, body, and spirit — onto the mat. Yoga is one of the most beautiful ways I’ve learned to integrate, and it’s an honor to share that path with you.
