Drums, Sound & Yoga is a Black History Month gathering designed to honor the wisdom of rhythm, movement, and stillness.
Through gentle yoga, grounding breathwork, live drumming, and sound healing, we’ll create space to release stress, reconnect with the body, and experience collective rest. Guided by intention, this practice invites you to move your body, quiet your mind, and rest, individually and in community.

Hosted by Troi Lauren - the RnB Doula , this space invites artists, healers, and truth-tellers to lay it down - whether through song, spoken word, freestyle, painting , movement, etc.
